FOTD - Agnes B Liquid Lipstick/Gloss 440, Shu Uemura Glow On C6, Shu Uemura Face Architect Foundation 764 and Two Faced Starry Eyed Liner in Ooh&Aah

It is really cold out today--it almost feels like snow! I bundled up in two wooly jumpers for a trip to the Dr. and the hair salon. This gave me an opportunity to try out my new Shu Uemura Face Architect Foundation 764 that I got on Thursday night at House of Fraser for 10% off. I'm also wearing the C6 blush from the Tsumori Chisako for Shu Uemura Planet Cat LE Holiday palette.

I adore the Shu Uemura Face Architect Foundation. The coverage is so light and natural, and it has just enough yellow undertone, but not too much. This goes up there with Suqqu foundations, as well as the new Paul and Joe Foundation S. The Face Architect Foundation is closest in coverage and texture to Suqqu Foundation Skinny. This foundation is excellent for days when natural coverage is a must (e.g. outdoors or a conservative customer meeting), but you may want more coverage at night (the Nobara Foundation can provide this).

I primed with a bit of Sisley Instant Perfect around the eyes, nose and mouth, and concealed with Kevin Beauty Maker Aqua Eye Concealer. My rash is almost gone, so I don't need quite the heavy duty concealment that I required earlier in the week. I set my makeup with Meteorites Poudre De Perles in 10 Mythic Parfait.

I kept my eyes simple with a bit of Maybelline Dream Mouse eye shadow in 10 Caramel Karma, but I added a bit of spark with Two Faced Starry Eyed Liner in Ooh & Aah, a gift from Kelly Li. On my lashes, I'm wearing two coats of Helena Rubenstein Feline Blacks Mascara Waterproof in 01 Deep Black.

I love my new Agnes B Liquid Lipstick/Gloss 440, which I bought from Yumeko (Bittenbefore).

Today's beauty lineup.

I'm wearing the C6 blush from the Tsumori Chisato for Shu Uemura Planet Cat Limited Edition Palette.

Ms. B, a blogger buddy in the U.S. did a CP for me and sent me the Shu Planet Cat palette along with some other goodies! I'm sending her some goodies in return..THANK YOU MS. B!!
The in-laws are here this weekend, so I've been cooking up a storm..yes, that includes another Chocolate Malteser Cake!

wow, you adore the Shu's Face Architect? The reason why I didn't go looking for it because I've heard how drying it could make your skin, if it works for you, then it's not that bad! :) thanks for the lovely FOTD you look glowy!

when i first read about this kitty collection, i was laughing at the deisgn. sorry but kitty stuff just dont work for me.

then i saw some stuff on fuzkittie's blog and thought they seemed to be rather nice.

now i think i want c6! WTH! it looks absolutely natural on your cheeks. just a bit of flushed from within warmth. nothing more to it. super natural and lovely. i really like it on you!

now i gotta make a trip to the boutique. i hope i don't cave in as i am moving soon. sigh. you girls are so NOT helping when it comes to makeup shopping.

I love your FOTD here Jamilla!! You look so cute and lively! I think the blush is just lovely on you. Aaaaand, now I am totally interested in the Shu foundation LOL. And OMG you got the Lucky Cat palette!! I have so been eyeing that one but it's still a bit too expensive for me, even with the friends and family sale going on right now, especially since the colors and cream shadow/liners don't really suit me. I'd love to see you do an EOTD with the palette though! I don't think I've come across any yet!

The Shu palette is very cute! Ahhh London in winter... When I told my mom that it got dark at 4 PM today, she said, "be thankful - that's more sunlight than London typically has this time of year!"
